RED OAK SOFTWARE SIGNS MATERIAL CONTRACT WITH A LARGE NORTH AMERICAN TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY

MOUNTAIN LAKES, NJ, March 27, 2008 – Red Oak Software, Inc., a leader in Application Integration solutions, announced today that it has entered into a material agreement with a major North American telecommunications company. Revenue from the contract, which was recently signed, will be recognized in the current and in future quarters.

As with companies in most industries, telecommunications providers can gain a significant competitive edge by providing superior customer service. The company sought a solution that would allow it to more rapidly develop new applications and improve service to their customers while at the same time reducing operational costs. The agreement is a major extension of a contract in place since 2002 for the use of Red Oak’s Legacy Integrator suite of products. By implementing Legacy Integrator, the company has deployed numerous enterprise-class solutions over the years that fully automate the creation and deployment of legacy business objects. Executing this agreement significantly expands their use of an industry-leading solution that has been delivering value continuously to some of the world’s largest organizations.

The telecommunications company will be able to further simplify, automate and integrate customer service processes. This will reduce costs while providing better access to application functionality and data needed to drive more profitable interactions and deliver a superior customer experience.
