Updates

All purchases of Web Clipper products include an initial twelve (12) months of unlimited Software Maintenance Services (Maintenance). The following provides an overview of Maintenance, how you will receive notification of Updates and new Releases, as well as how you can obtain technical support for all Web Clipper products.

The current version of all Web Clipper products is v1.0.
There are no Updates or new Releases currently available.

What is Maintenance?

Maintenance includes the response to and resolution of errors in Web Clipper software by telephone, e-mail or fax. It includes the delivery of error corrections, enhancements, Updates and new Releases. Red Oak will use best efforts to correct errors in Web Clipper software (so long as errors are repeatable by Red Oak) or to provide a software Update (patch or bypass) around such error. Red Oak cannot warrant that all errors can or will be corrected.

Users will need to provide Red Oak with reasonable direct and/or remote access to their systems and the Web Clipper software, and provide reasonable assistance including sample output and other diagnostic information.

Users should notify Red Oak Support of any suspected errors exhibited by the Web Clipper software. Red Oak will respond in a timely manner to all requests and provide an estimate of the time required for diagnosis and resolution. Red Oak will use its best efforts to reproduce errors and to provide an error correction.

When will I receive Updates or new Releases?

During all Maintenance periods, Red Oak will provide users, at no additional cost, with one (1) copy of each new release of the Web Clipper software which is made available during the period. Users will receive e-mail notification via the contact information provided as part of the online Maintenance and Support Account registration process for all Web Clipper products.

How do I get technical support?

Red Oak will provide telephone and e-mail support and assistance during normal business hours; Monday through Friday at (877) 660-4688 and mailto: support@redoaksw.com. Red Oak will not be obligated to provide Maintenance for any Web Clipper software which has been altered or modified by anyone other than Red Oak.
